Shortly after the turn of the century Dr. Oetker opened its first food factory. In a short while the company expanded in West and East Europe countries and sustained its continuous improvement. Starch, vanillin sugar and pudding are the first products of the company. Including South America and Brazil, today Dr. Oetker is active in over 40 countries around the world in year 2010.
Dr. Oetker Turkey has been founded in 1987 in Izmir and moved to new Torbali premises in year 1999. Dr. Oetker Turkey has been developing product range continuously and it has reached over 160 products primarily pudding, cake mixes, baking powder, vanillin sugar, traditional Turkish desserts series, frozen pizza and food service.
